We allow 24hrs for your cancellation, after you reserve on our website you
have 24hrs to cancel. When making a reservation by phone or E mail, we allow you 24hrs to process your payment. Please
understand that we have many people that travel to us for this wonderful encounter and seats are limited. It will take up
to 30days for your refund, if you cancel with in the 24hrs. If you make a reservation and cancel past the 24hrs and we
can sell your seats, then you will get 50% back of your booking price. We do understand some situations. Please do not
pay on our website until you have verified your date and time with us over the phone or E mail. Prepaid voucher
or coupon holders: cancellation inside the 7 days of your tour will forfeit all rights to your booking and equipment rental
