Complete all fields and submit to us after you have spoken with our captains and crew for your reservations. We will reply
by email of your reservation (a complimentary itinerary, see details below) and what to excpect upon arrival. If
you are using a Hotmail E mail, dont expect a reply, try and use a different E mail address, Hot mail doesn't always
work for us. If your vouchers have expired, then your voucher becomes a coupon, just pay the difference
from your old voucher too the current price and go have fun. Also you can add the Airboat Ride,
Discover Scuba Diving or our Dolphin Tour to your day. When you add these other tours to your day, you save time and money by spending the day with your family

As
of March 10th 2011, voucher holders will be charged a $2.00 pp fuel charge ( a voluntary donation) the morning of your
tour, please understand the surcharge as the gas prices have increased. Bring cash for this transaction, thank you Captain
Gene. Notice to all voucher holders,
we are experiencing a high number of phone calls. Please be patient, we will answer your call. Maybe take a short drive to
the adress listed on your vouchers and make your reservation in person. There are many things to do after you make your reservation
in person to make a short day trip, also you can see where you meet us the morning of your tour.
If you are trying to make a reservation and only have a short time in Florida and are unable to reach us, you can get a refund
from the merchant Support (groupon, living social).
This is what your Itinerary looks like Hi , ( Family ) thank you for your reservation. We have you and your family reserved on the (the date
you provided). We will see you at the Marina (Twin Rivers) 2880 N Sea breeze pt, Crystal River FL 34429. (Groupon, Living
Social, or Half off Depot voucher holders, as of March 1st there is a $2.00 per person fuel charge, plus a sales
tax of $1.50 pp. Please understand that fuel has gone up since we ran the ad and signed the contracts. That will be paid in
cash the morning of your tour ( please bring cash, if we use a cc machine, the fees take away from our fuel charge). We will
collect before you leave the docks and board the boats, this is a voluntary thing for the fuel . For the 11:00 am tour, please be patient as we have to wait for other boats to leave the docks and sometimes we
are late returning from our morning tour, because the manatees won’t let us leave the area. If you need a camera, rent
a underwater digital HD camera for $20.00 (it uses a SD card, buy one from us or bring your own) or purchase a reusable 35mm
film camera from us for only $15.00, these cameras are in the snorkeling center along with any equipment you may have rented.
Please have on your bathing suits under your normal clothing and bring towels, sunscreen and a tee shirt, hooded jacket or
sweatshirt for the return ride back to the docks ( cooler months). Thanks for visiting our website and see you and your family
